So I was speaking with a the owner of a dealership the other day. He was amazed that his fear of allowing his sales people to have access to his company's Facebook Page was overriding his common sense about being SOCIAL. As we talked, and his head continued to NOD in the affirmative, I could see him squashing his own fear. I explained to him, "You can set up a simple process where each sales person's post must go thru and approval process before its posted." Once this dealer saw that he could do that, he was in for 2 way engagement. 2 way engagement is the only way a dealership will ever see real sales leads generated from FACEBOOK. Once you light that fuse, watch out. The sales cometh!
